Change your costume 1 time. ( in the phone app u can change your outfit freely doing so for the first time grants this chevo)

Head back home. ( open phone and press the home button at the bottom to teleport to your house or alternatively click your avatar icon in the top left of ur screen and press the house button on ur profile to emidietly teleport inside your home)

Complete 10 NPC quests. ( you can find what quests are available by walking around and talking to npcs some quests can be seen throught the map)

Add 3 players as friends. ( you can add someone either by clicking on them / pressing e and htne clicking the add friend button or throught the firends menu in the phone app)

Tip Toe Bug Hunt ( you can aquire a bug net during the tutorial alternatively you can buy one from the camping ground bug collector )

Mining Is Tough Work ( you can aquire a pickaxe/hammer from the plaza merchant located near the fishing store or from the camping ground miner near the bug catcher)
